Body Meditation: Honor your body!

During Body Meditation you learn to consciously perceive and understand the signals of your body.

Body Meditation is a guided meditation. A typical Embodied Body session usually takes one and a half hours and can be done in person or online.

After the meditation the head is free and the body is energized. New energies, ideas and insights can flow and be transformed into action. You feel present, balanced, and strengthened.

I learn to listen to the signals of my body. Where do I feel tension and hold on tightly? Where do I feel open and relaxed? Which parts of my body can I sense well? What thoughts and feelings do I notice when I focus on my breath? What happens when I follow intuitive movements of my body?

My head immediately wants to evaluate, fix and change “unpleasant” states. In Embodied Meditation I learn how many different, even seemingly contradictory sensations have space in my body. I can perceive more, and stay present with what is. Thoughts and emotions come into motion, my perspective widens, I can let go of old patterns and see new connections.
